I'm a little confused by all of the Tabor City drama. The Tabor City police respond, without fail, to Mr. Soles residence whenever there is an issue (and there have been plenty!) and that is perfectly okay...even though Soles lives outside of the Tabor City city limits. But, a Tabor City cop busts a couple of kids that aren't "in the jurisdiction" and he gets in trouble for it?
