This police officer must have been bored. I am sure they have better things to do, than ticket a cab driver for stopping. I guess he rather have people walking and driving drunk than to use a cab. Oh, that's right, this is the same beach that handcuffs people to the flagpole when they run out of room inside. If they allow Britts to open up at Wrightsville Beach the police officers will at least have something to do besides give tickets for stopping in a spot not marked.
