I totally agree with this law. Although I think the veterans deserve their edcuation to be paid for, and as I read this, it still will be but it would be at an in-state public school. I can't imagine that there is not a college in each veterans home state that cannot provide an education for them. We need to cut expenditures, out-of-state and private school tuitions is one way of doing it. The education benefit is not being abandoned for veterans.
