Well here we go again,spending money on projects when there are others that have not been completed. For the last several years the residents of Andover Road have been told that we were going to get chokers put down Andover Rd to SLOW traffic.But every time we bring this up to city council there is no money to do the project.How all of a sudden we can spend so much money on new projects when we have unfinished projects.
We had one fatality on this road so far.We have many people,old and young that walk down this road all the time how many more is it going to take till something is done.
FINISH PROJECTS THAT ARE ALL READY ON THE BOOKS BEFORE YOU START MORE.
