That beautiful scooter shop with all the junk drunk bikes on display fit in nicely with bowling pins, U-Haul and auto detail bidness!
I agree, just pave North 3rd street to rid it of the mudd-bog track feel and be done with it. No need to waste money on "beautification". Approach that when the coffers are full.
