I don't care whether the cats are fixed or not, but I am tired of cats walking accross the hood and top of my car. When a dog comes in contact with a rabid animal if the dog has had his rabies shot he then has to have a booster shot. How many rabid animals do these loose cats come in contact with and never have a booster shot? That is if they have ever had a rabies shot to begin with. If they are loose they should be picked up and dealt with.
