Not sure if you realize that feral cats are part of nature. Birds walk all over your car and actually poop on it. Cats don't poop on cars. Raccoons and other animals walk on your car too. Pollen falls on your car and pebbbles hit your car while driving. Cats are one of the most careful animals on the planet.
You're making a horrible asumption that a feral cat is equal to a rabid cat.. Do your homework so you can offer an intelligent explanation for your concerns, which are not valid. It simply sounds like you don't like cats. Manged feral colony cats are often healthier and happier than many house cats that are left uncared for . THe shelters are full of OWNER surrender because they fail to care for their cats. Again, research before you post.
