I'm right in this boat with you two as well. I've lost track how many times I've posted that welfare people should be working in the community they live in, doing painting, learning plumbing, learning heating & AC, carpentry skills, picking up trash and landscaping. Then when their free ride is over they will have a marketable job skill to help them become a taxpayer. No more free cell phones, give out phones without service since they can still call 911. No more extra money for producing more children you can't afford.
