Yet another attack on the education system of NC. I am very dissappointed that law-makers could not create a plan that boosted funding for public education. Instead of curbing wasteful spending with state contracts, they choose to attack teachers and students. They are making our state so much less competitive than our neighbors. Virginia for example funds they're teachers 10 times better than we do.
If only the state wasn't paying $700 for the same chair you can get at Staples for $150. So much wasteful spending with state contracts... why not start there????
