First, the race card comment was made as that seems to be the first line of defense for any person of color facing criminal charges.
Second, No one ever said that persons, other than those of color, never commit cimes. Quite the contrary. It's just that persons who are not of color do not use a race card as a defense mechanism.
Third, Harverd is actually spelled Harvard.
Finally, if 78% of crimes are committed by persons of color, it's not unfair. It's statistics.
