Not only does Christina and her girlfriend need to take this crook to small claims court, she needs to report him to the NC State Board of Plumbing, Heating & Electrical Contractors...make "Big Daddy" answer to his State Board! If he is going to do this to a "friend", he'll certainly do it again anyone!! All compliant information for the State Board can be found on-line at www.nclicensing.org
