The unit in the video was not installed by Big Daddy. This unit was installed by a licensed contractor that came to the rescue of the home owner after Big Daddy did not come out and put in the Trane Unit. Think god that Johnstone Supply deals with quality contractors that are willing to help by installing the equipment and doing it on credit.
