Can anyone tell me what is going on with the thinking behind spending on anything they can dream up,several months ago they wanted to spend over a hundred thousand on a acre to add to park in Castle Hayne low land that was not worth $10 thousand dollars.They never express how they are going to get the money for future up keep and expenses,that only means that taxes will have to increase.We need that money spent on other things that will benefit more tax payers in the county instead of just a few in one area.They need to get back to solving the other problems they created,CFPUA WASTEC and funding for schools roads and cleaning plugged up ditches in the county,I am sure other people could better use of tax money than creating a future tax burden.Why would they use bond money now,that is going to cause a tax increase.
