Berger was tending to a friend who was in a terrible accident - and as of this writing, I don't even know if he lost his life or not. I know that is no excuse for missing out on watching Barfield add another 200 lbs. stuffing greasy bacon in his mouth, or listening to Thompson insult the school board for daring to ask for more funding - but that's just the way it is.
