I have so other ideas on easing the burden and cost of the jail program. Decriminalize marijuana and let out the "criminals" that don't really belong in jail. I'd like to know what criteria makes someone eligible to be released with the gps ankle monitor. Hope they keep all the pedos in jail for sure.
