HELP ME UNDERSTAND.....................PLEASE
It is my understanding that the THIRTY-ONE-MILLION-DOLLAR project now offers FORTY-EIGHT units for LOW income families.
OK... we ALL need AFFORDABLE housing.
Do the math.... $31,000,000 / 48 units = $6458,333.33

FORTY-EIGHT units... so, what if they are GREEN... the earth will crumble and fall before the GREEN pays for the 48 units.
With THIRTY-ONE MILLION DOLLARS bet I could have built 400+ units. I WAS A BUILDING CONTRACTOR FOR17 YEARS!
WHO, makes these decisions??? Politicians with there fingers in the pot.
We NEED ... We MUST have... COMMON SENSE when deciding how to spend the tax payers money... this project was obviously decided by SOMETHING other than COMMON SENSE!
