SurfCityTom, how can you criticize housing projects..

when you know nothing about how they work..not everyone in housing projects is unemployed..believe it or not, those minimum wage jobs that exist are monopolized by the poor trying paying a 650 dollar rent payment on 7.50 an hour..the housing projects exists for both working and non working people who are under the federal poverty for those who do work, they do need transportation to get to the their jobs..yes, there are some who do abuse the system but there are good people who have fallen down on their luck and cant find a job where they can meet the cost of living/rent with what they earn in wilmington which is ridiculous..dont jump to conclusions on the whole sector of a community because some bad apples stand out sometimes..
