How much do you really know about "poverty"?
Not High Crime Districts... P-O-V-E-R-T-Y!
Have you spent time in Zimbabwe, Somalia, Congo, Burundi? How about the Ghetto in India where Mother Teresa treated the lepers?
How about Sierre Leone, where very young children are recruited against their will to become child soldiers?
THAT IS Abject Poverty!
Gang and Drug infested fouth and fifth generation mothers single-handedly raising their kids (often from multiple men who GRADUATE to become incarcerated fathers) are not examples of poverty. That is an example of a lifestyle CHOICE! (Stupid, as it may be for most people to understand).
Research the poem "Children Learn what they Live", and you will quit blaming White people for your plight in life. You need to look within your own familial structure if you are defending the Hustle. Get Real!

That perpetual LIE is a UNIVERSAL joke that I have heard forever, but beyond the homeless white junkies who hustle some pills from the pre-teens on bikes... on their way to the shelter for the night...your claim has NO Credence.
Seems like the WHITES who sponsored the Bills, and the WHITES who fight to mandate, support and design funding structures to build affordable/low income housing projects, and the WHITES who built the Projects, the WHITES who selected the Stainless Steel appliances and the Whites who run After School Programs from UNCW, and the numerous WHITE Social Workers, White Advocates are the ONES WHO SHOULD GET OUT OF YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
