"Berger's nametag was sitting unclaimed at registration. Berger finally arrived around 10:40 a.m., which is more than an hour after the morning's events began.
A county spokesman says Berger was in the County Commission office at the New Hanover County Government Center at 8 a.m. before making the two-hour drive to Raleigh, where meetings started at 9:30 a.m."
He is certainly NOT on ...(RPT) Responsible People's Time!!!!
