Obviously, Mr. Berger is self absorbed and does not respect other individuals and/or board members. Consistent lateness does not indicate that Mr. Berger is a busy individual, it indicates his own self-importance, lack or respect of others, and poor time management skills! He should have thought about his ability to be prompt for important meetings prior to running for council, but based on his own self importance of himself, running for council made him look more important in his own eyes.
