Did you mean .16, because .016 is around 5 times less than most DWI/DUI standards? Don't get me wrong, if your lobbying to have the legal BAC changed to .01, I'm right behind you!! I guess while I'm at it I could ask why a recovering addict is injecting anything much less experimenting with a new drug? Well that all I have, and I have to visit a krispy kreme, I mean I am a "recovering" diabetic you know.....
