I know Kelly and can't support her enough on this subject. What is the USA coming to, when we have Memorial Day and can't even express it with a symbolic flag that shows support for your troups, which one of those is her son. Way to go Kelly, I am proud of you. Shame on the HOA, that is ridiculous. Sure, rules are set forth, but this one makes no sense and the homeowners should vote these incompetent people out.
