I myself have hit someone who was in the middle of the road at 2am and I was unable to stop in time to avoid hitting the pedestrian. It is not fair to judge those in these situations unless you have been there. I am not by any means defending the driver of the vehicle because I do not know the circumstances of the accident, just simply saying that before you criticize those involved, take into consideration every aspect as to what could have happened that may have caused such a sad incident. Having been through it, I know the pain of moving past and dealing with emotional stress after such an accident, "judge not, lest ye be judged". It is a very sad and unfortunate scenario for all involved, and my thoughts are both with the family of the victim as well as the driver of the car. Thoughts and Prayers going out to ALL involved.
