Perhaps knowledge of all the facts would aid in your assessment of this unknown, innocent til proven guilty driver. You apparently also "know" the intent of the pedestrian........don't be surprised when you learn that the pedestrian did in fact intentionally walk out in front of a car that didn't have time to stop. Maybe you should get a job or something?
