Why would the judge allow a low profile case be moved,if he charge with a crime in hew hanover he should be tried here.Just another taxpayer cost added for a public employee,I think the abc board at that time should be on trial too,because of doing retirement padding for the last three years he worked before getting caught on this time,using taxpayer money to personally benefit himself,stealing by pension padding or okaying vouchers is stealing from the taxpayer.
