Not only did they use paint but I understood they wrote racial derogatory remarks against the principal who just happen to be black..they should be made to stand outside of Hoggard on shipyard boulevard by the traffic light for the whole summer with poster boards naming their crime..
No, they shouldnt be allowed to walk for their graduation
