This is a man who is constantly late, rambles without making valid points, has anger issues, a hard time accepting reality, and now has been arrested. The whole board of Commissioners should take a drug test. Mr. Berger is acting like an addict. Maybe it is not a chemical addiction, but something is off here. Anyone who knew Brian several years ago can testify to the fact that this is not the same man. I have a bad feeling we are seeing a young man who at one time had a great future .......spiral down the drain. No matter how much of this charge is true, something is off here. I actually was surprised and pleased that members of the board support him at this time. Maybe Mr. Berger will get his act together, the first step is considering the option of stepping down, and getting his life together out of the public eye
