Obviously, this group will not accept Titan here, but when new bridges or roads are needed, they will be the first to request them. Nevertheless, it should be realized that the EPA (and OSHA) are not shy about levying fines when industries are in any violations, and the fines imposed are normally in proportion to the severity of the violation. For Titan to be penalized so lightly would seem to indicate that the violations were rather small.
