UPDATE: Pender Sheriff suspends captain after prostitution arrest

A Pender County Sheriff's captain is off the job after Wilmington Police arrested him overnight on prostitution charges. Capt. Mark Sloan is charged with soliciting prostitution and crimes against nature.
