I have been a solid supporter of you and your journalism for a considerable time. You really do tell things "as they are" and commendably don't shy away from controversy. You do add a dimension of openness and critical thinking really needed in this community.
BUT, a BIG BUT, I think that you have gone too far with this story.
Mr. Sullivan has filed the returns, paid the taxes and interest, and received a fine and a suspended sentence. How is it news that he represents Brian Berger? How does this contribute to the public's need to know about Brian's conduct or for that matter his potential fitness to continue in office?
