Great! A good five months with convention center bookings, but hardly a test to confirm success by any means. Success would be when this convention center pays itself off and doesn't become another burden to the taxpayers as is the norm for convention centers.
Let's give it five to eight years for a true test of success and hope that it beats the odds that 95% of convention centers haven't been able to overcome. If still on a positive and successful track, then you can brag, then you can say..."eat your words!". I'll be one of the first to do that.
But for now, you aren't even out of the chute yet!
