Weekend lightning sparks wildfire

The hot weather and lack of rain is beginning to take a toll across the Cape Fear region. Saturday lightning in Pender County caused a fire in the Holly Shelter Gamelands. Today the North Carolina Forest Service Fire Team worked to contain the flames.
