Can anyone tell me how it will get here? The river would need to be dredged, wouldn't it? I've taken a cruise before, and two people couldn't fit in the bathroom at the same time. Would these rooms be upfitted? If so, would there be enough of them? This sounds like a huge white elephant. Good call, Mr. Mayor.
