The river is plenty deep my friend as you may have noticed many ships on the Cape Fear.
As far as space, yea they are ships! Thats the uniqueness of the idea. Something new to market.I'm sure a Hamton Inn will bring outsiders flocking to Wilmington. The ship idea is suited for this town!
