goverment should welcome anyone coming to Wilmington that can bring jobs and tourist revenue to Wilmington. The revenues from the operation in taxes and dollars spent by people staying on or dining at this ship will more than pay back the city allowing dock space?
I know many friends I've talked to who think this is a great idea and would come stay aboard for the experience and downtown!
