UNDATED (CNN) -- The ship that buried Osama bin Laden at sea may host the first ever college basketball game on an aircraft carrier. The Navy and the NCAA are in talks to hold the "Carrier Classic" on Veterans Day.
Michigan State and North Carolina would play on the deck of the USS Carl Vinson. The plan would call for two courts to be set up, including a backup on the hangar deck in case of bad weather.
The Carl Vinson recently arrived home to San Diego after six months at sea.
