You don't get it

There is nothing wrong with asking for an ID to vote. Most people already have some type of ID - for banking, for driving, for cashing checks. What is the big deal about asking for it when you vote? There is alot of fraud that goes on and some type of ID is necessary to prevent it. The NAACP pulled out the "racial" card as they always do. Seems to me that if you can't come up with a valid reason, just use the race card. That will stir up people every time.

The excuse is it will keep eligible people from voting. Why? If you think it is important to vote (and you need to) then you shouldn't
have any problem with having an ID.
