Bestman where you referring to the term "moron"? Maroon is a color...lol. I never meant for my comments to offend or embarass anyone. I've just tried to explain that charges are a governments formal notification that a crime has been committed. The government still has the burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed. The only thing I can tell from the news reporting is what led up to the teacher being charged. I have no way of knowing at this stage her innocence or guilt. I want to know all the facts before I make up my mind. Some folks seem to have already made up their minds because the charge was made. That's ok but please don't label some of us ignorant because we need more information before passing judgement. After all, the laws in this country allow for that.
