The U.S. Supreme court does not agree with you. I took a constitutional law class in college. We discussed a case where someone appealed a conviction that originated at a traffic checkpoint all the way to the Supreme Court. They were claiming entrapment, and that checkpoints were unconstitutional. The Supreme Court ruled that these checkpoints are allowable under the constitution, and are not entrapment.
