Look they look after their own. I filed a complaint on another officer that broke the law in front of me and my teenage daughter and when I called him out on it, "he told me to shut up and no one would ever believe me" so forgive me if I think the whole SHP is a waste of our tax dollars--we pay them to ride around and break the laws they are supposed to uphold----Talking on their cell phones, speeding, not wearing a seat belt, and I have even seen one leave a bar and drink and drive.
