I know someone who works there, so I got worried and contacted the McD's number on their website. Believe it or not, McDonald's does NOT have an official policy regarding communicable diseases at their franchises. Decisions are left up to the owners of each store and the person I know was NOT tested or offered any medical attention whatsoever. And, yes, they were threatened with firings.
