We need a new law, that will charge moronic people like this for every single tax payer dollar that they knowingly cause to be wasted. Not only that, but I say the guy could be charged with the loss of bussiness and delay that is caused by the bridge being blocked. If he has no way to compensate the state, he must provide mandatory community service.
