Please. I've worked at UNCW during Chancellor DePaolo's entire 'reign.' She spent most of her forum times explaining to us why we were lucky to have jobs and she couldn't get us any money. Funny, her higher paid assistants and various University directors seemed to have no trouble finding 'advancement raises.' Morale has dropped all over campus while there is more and more money being spent on buildings. The campus is growing in size while the employees struggle to do more with less.
