Keep up the good reporting. Law enforcement personnel must be held accountable. Those on patrol are essentially independent agents with no (or very limited supervision) and therefore the opportunity for this type of alleged incident exists. There are some individuals in the profession who have issues with power and those who abuse their position should be identified and removed from public service. The motto is and must remain to protect and to serve, not to fabricate probable cause nor intimidate the public. I spent 22 years in the profession and this story saddens me.
