Is it standard procedure to handcuff a person BEHIND THEIR BACK after they have blown 0.00 twice and to take them STILL CUFFED across the county to appear before a magistrate if they are NOT going to be charged with anything? Why isn't this officer guilty of false arrest and kidnapping? FIRING goes without saying. Wyrick should be arrested and charged. He should do time.
