i can understand a no refund policy but to refuse to bring the dress out for viewing is unacceptable..at the very least good customer service would dictate an in-house exchange of merchandise.. i hear passing the buck, denying to support lying in all of the owners comments...in today's economy no one should have to put up with this crap.. from deceptive business owners..shoppers beware...of this shop....i would rather have a happy customer to return than an unhappy customer to leave and never return...
