A few years ago, I was maid of honor in my
sisters wedding. Several months before the wedding, all of the female wedding party met at Bridal's Boutique for fitting. When our dresses arrived, we were called in for final fitting. When I saw my dress I immediately noticed something was wrong with ny dress. IT WAS A SIZE ONE!!!!! I was fitted as a size 12. The owner offered to reoeder my dress and it would arrive in two weeks. I declined because the wedding was in two weeks and I was informed at fitting it takes six to eight weeks. I asked could I have a refundm The owner stated they have a no refund policy. I explained to her that I understood that very well but being that it was their consultant's error, I should get a refund. I went to other bridal shops looking for a dress of the same color and when I told them of my story, they immediately knew what shop it was. Luckily, I was able to find me a dress. After the wedding was over, I called a tv court show and invited them on the show that was about bad experiences with bridal shops, of course she declined. The wedding I was in was in 2007 and I'm still hearing horror stories about Bridal Boutique. When will they stop.
