So, by Brown’s explanation, two highly experienced, highly educated, and well respected health directors with many years spent in Public Health ALONG WITH the NC State Board of Nursing, write letters to reprimand this woman for egregious activities for what? No reason? They made it up? The Board of Health (at that time was comprised of medical professionals rather than public members and a commissioner) that investigated the incident and heard all sides to the story, denied her appeal, for what? No reason?
