Rather than a year in lock-up, where Mr. Freedman could enjoy fresh, clean hot water, why not have this person take a daily bath in his lagoon for a year? This blatent disregard for the neighbors of the farm is disgusting and he's no better than the stuff in the lagoons. Not to mention the environmental damage his farm caused.
