I agree with "what the", and wonder why the people are taking this all in stride, like this is a normal part of our daily lives in Wilmington. WELL, I guess it is NOW...if we let it be!

I can see many reasons that these crimes are occurring, but like everyone, I turn apathetic and shrug my shoulders and say, "what can you do about it?"
